FRETY AVOCATS is a Paris based family-run law firm dedicated to White Collar Crime and complex Litigation.
We are brothers and sisters, both criminal and litigation lawyers.

Edmond-Claude FRETY

Founding partner
Member of the Paris Bar since 2001, Edmond-Claude graduated from Sorbonne University and Birmingham University.
He practices Criminal Law defending individuals and companies, as well as Intellectual Property Law and Press Law.
​
Edmond-Claude is a former member of the Bar Council (2019-2021) and former First Secretary of the Conference. He regularly runs seminars for judges and prosecutors.
He is passionate about theatre, neuroscience, eloquence and martial arts

Antoinette FRETY
( The sister)
Founding Partner
Member of the Paris Bar since 2011, Antoinette holds two Masters Degrees from Bordeaux University and Montpellier University, as well as Cambridge University (Clare College).

She specializes in Criminal Law, White Collar Crime, Consumer Fraud and Tax Fraud.
​
Antoinette is a member of the association “Parler et Revivre” dedicated to the defence of victims of sexual offences.
​
She is also an active member of the Young Lawyers’ Syndicate “Union des Jeunes Avocats” (UJA) and of the advisory committee of the “CARPA”, French Lawyers’ Financial Regulations Fund.
​
She is passionate about wine, travels and rock and roll.
Diane IACIU

Associate
Member of the Paris Bar since 2021, Diane holds a double Master's
degree in French-English Law from the Sorbonne University and a
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King's College London.
She specializes in Criminal Law, Press Law as well as Consumer
Fraud.
Diane is a boxing and rugby fan and also enjoys travelling and cinema.
